About · Kept short on purpose

The products are the pitch.
This page is just the caption.

ResoluteX is a founder-led, bootstrapped software company behind Verity, Clearpath, and ResolveX. Years of shipping for teams across India, the USA, and Europe taught us to keep the commercial boundary explicit: product pricing is public, service work is scoped, and data terms follow the product and plan selected.

No inflated catalog and no pricing page that quietly routes to a calendar. Three self-serve products ship today; QAShift is the managed QA product for teams that need people alongside Verity. Vyom remains separate: free, MIT-licensed research for capability-aware AI routing.

How we work · Representative moments

Serious about the work. Human about everything around it.

The rhythm we build for: debate the hard decisions together, make room for life beyond the sprint, and notice the people who raise the standard.

Good teams need shared memories, not only shared tickets.

A note from the founder

“I started ResoluteX because I watched the same movie too many times: a company hires a big-name agency, pays for a pyramid of juniors, and three years later doesn't own the thing it paid for. The accelerators belong to the vendor. The roadmap belongs to the contract. Leaving costs more than staying.

So we run the opposite model. Small pods of senior engineers — people who have shipped for healthcare enterprises, e-commerce platforms, and data-security companies — building software that lands in your repo from day one. Then our job is to make ourselves optional: maintain it at a flat rate, or train your team until you genuinely don't need us.

If we do that well, you'll come back anyway — by choice, which is the only kind of retention we want.”

Why open licenses

MIT and Apache aren't marketing — they're the exit door we build into every contract. A vendor you can leave cheaply is a vendor that has to stay good.

Why flat pricing

Per-seat and per-event pricing taxes your success. Flat tiers mean your costs step, they don't slope — and a traffic spike is good news again.

Why self-hosted

Support history, analytics, AI traces — the most sensitive data you produce shouldn't live in someone else's database behind a rate-limited export API.
