Software engineers reviewing release checks and production pipeline status

Owned industry systems

Ship the platform customers trust—not just the demo they applaud.

ResoluteX helps product and engineering teams turn roadmap pressure into production software, measurable quality, controlled AI, and infrastructure their own team can operate.

Relevant experience

Domain context, backed by delivery.

Companies our engineers have shipped work for in or around this operating context.

Where the operating cost hides

The industry problem is usually a workflow problem first.

01

Roadmaps grow faster than delivery confidence

Teams add features while critical paths, release evidence, observability, and rollback remain dependent on a few people who remember how the system behaves.

02

AI features escape the demo without evaluation

Prompts and models change, retrieval quality drifts, and cost grows without a golden set, trace data, routing policy, and a production feedback loop.

03

Platform work becomes an internal product nobody owns

Developer experience, environments, CI, cloud cost, and operational controls degrade when infrastructure is treated as background work rather than a measurable service.

What we build

Systems shaped around the operation.

Start with one bounded workflow. Prove the interfaces, controls, and operating model. Expand from working software rather than a transformation deck.

SYSTEM 01

Product engineering pods

Bounded teams that ship customer-visible increments, integration contracts, and operational tooling with the code in your repository.

  • Web and API engineering
  • Legacy modernisation
  • Internal operations tooling

SYSTEM 02

AI features and agentic systems

Model routing, RAG, tools, guardrails, and evaluation that make AI features observable and changeable in production.

  • Golden-set evaluation
  • Routing and fallback
  • Trace and cost visibility

Quality and platform infrastructure

SYSTEM 03

Quality and platform infrastructure

Release gates, environments, observability, infrastructure as code, and runbooks designed for the team that inherits them.

  • Playwright and security gates
  • Cloud and CI architecture
  • Operable handover

The delivery outcome

Working software, visible control, explicit handover.

  • Roadmap work reaches production in visible, testable increments
  • Quality evidence appears before release rather than after incidents
  • AI quality, latency, cost, and failures become measurable
  • Platform knowledge moves from individuals into code and runbooks

Questions before scope

Plain answers, before a sales call.

Can ResoluteX join an existing product engineering team?

Yes. We agree a bounded outcome, work inside your repository and delivery process, and make ownership, interfaces, and handover explicit from the start.

Do you build AI proofs of concept?

We can validate feasibility, but the delivery plan includes production concerns such as evaluation, routing, security, observability, latency, cost, and human review so the work does not stop at a demo.

How quickly can a sprint start?

A scope sprint identifies the workflow, constraints, deliverable, exclusions, price, and acceptance evidence. Smaller delivery phases typically run for two to four weeks once scope is agreed.
