Verity cloud sandbox queued runs for 38 minutes

A migration on the run-queue table held a lock longer than expected, so cloud-sandbox runs queued instead of starting. CI runs were unaffected — they execute on your own runners. We shipped the migration in two steps instead of one and added a lock-duration alert. Nobody's tests were lost; they ran late.

Clearpath cloud scans slow in ap-south-1

Scans in the India region took up to 4× longer for about two hours after a browser-pool node ran out of disk. We hadn't alerted on disk headroom for that pool, which is an obvious gap in hindsight. Fixed the node, added the alert, and raised the pool's headroom.
