Pricing · USD · All of it disclosed

If a price needs a sales call, it isn't a price.

Four products at $99 each, once, and they're yours. Two you can start using free today. One that's simply MIT on GitHub. And sprints at a fixed weekly rate when you want the work, not just the software. All of it below, none of it behind a call.

Why there's a monthly at all

We're against subscriptions. We still charge one — so here's the honest version.

What we object to isn't recurring payment. It's recurring payment for access to software you depend on — where stopping the payment stops the product, and the vendor's leverage grows with your dependence. That's rent, and it's why your tooling bill only ever goes up.

Our monthly buys something you could genuinely do yourself: running the servers, applying the upgrades, watching the alerts at 3am. Stop paying it and nothing gets switched off — you own the code, you have the repo, and you either host it yourself or ask someone else to. The software is yours the moment you buy it. The monthly is just us doing the ops. If that ever stops being worth $19 to you, you should stop paying it, and we've built it so you can.

Pay once. It's yours. Deploy it today.

Custodian, Relay, Lucent, and Usher are $99 each as-is, with the licence and source terms stated on their product pages. Optional managed hosting is $9/mo. Industry OS is different: $990 buys the Foundation — core modules, reference workflows, deployment assets, source access, and a starter configuration — not a finished bespoke operating system.

Custom workflows, integrations, migration, and production hardening are scoped separately as a fixed-price Build Sprint. Foundation hosting starts at $29/mo and remains optional.

Start free

$0 – $499

per month · no card

Free to start. No card. No countdown.

Verity and Clearpath are hosted products with real free tiers — not trials, no countdown, no card. Clearpath from $39/mo, Verity from $49/mo, both to $499/mo at the top. CI runs and CI scans are unlimited on every tier forever; only the work running on our infrastructure is metered, because that's our compute — not your success. Vyom is MIT licensed and free: clone it, bring your own keys, the models bill you directly.

Clearpath Enterprise includes a self-host option. Vyom you can self-host on day one — there's nothing to buy.

Have us build it

from $990

per week · fixed

We build it in a week. Price fixed first.

The difference from owning a product: that one already exists, this one doesn't yet. Fixed price, fixed scope, one clear unit — a sprint week. Pilot Week $990, one senior engineer, one working slice. Starter $1,900 (2 wks), Standard $2,900 (3 wks), Scale from $3,900 (4+ wks). Agreed before work starts; changes are re-scoped, never absorbed into a drifting invoice.

India-registered startups pay INR parity: Pilot ₹45,000, sprints from ₹85,000. Practices are scoped after a 15-minute call and disclosed before you commit.

Scope your sprint

You want people, not software.

Have us run your QA

from $499

per month · an engineer

An engineer checks every release before it ships.

QAShift is a service and we call it one: a forward-deployed engineer verifies every test before your release ships. Starter through Enterprise, flat and scoped to your cadence — never per bug, never per tester-hour. An in-house QA engineer costs $8,000+/mo. If you'd rather run the machinery yourself, that's Verity, and it starts free.

Self-serve QAShift tiers mirror Verity: Free, $49/mo, $149/mo.

setup + transparent operating fee

Your own team in India. We set it up.

A launch-partner engagement starts with the capability mandate, team shape, location, governance, partner workstreams, and transfer plan. ResoluteX's setup and operating fees are separated from employment, legal, payroll, workspace, benefits, device, and other specialist-partner costs.

No invented headline number: you receive an auditable operating model before commitment. ResoluteX leads the programme; regulated specialists remain accountable for their own work.

Building from India? 🇮🇳

The same work, priced in rupees.

We're an Indian company. Charging Indian startups San Francisco prices would be absurd, so we don't — this is purchasing-power parity, not a discount you have to ask for. Same senior pod, same fixed scope, same code in your repo.

Why these numbers are possible

Aggressively priced. Not underpriced.

This is what senior engineering costs when it's run from Bengaluru and Kolkata with no sales org, no staffing pyramid, and no ambition to own your systems — built on components we already own, so you pay for your product, not our plumbing. The giants built their model on you never leaving. Ours only works if you can.

You own everything. That's the product.

Build Sprint deliverables land in your repo with work-product ownership stated in the SOW. Pre-existing products retain the licence shown on their product page, while hosted products and managed services keep their stated commercial model.

We don't build from zero

Most sprints stand on components we already own and ship as products — auth, QA infrastructure, AI routing, analytics. That's weeks of work you don't pay for, and a faster path to something running. If one of our products already fits, we customise it and hand it over instead of building at all.

Senior pods, not a pyramid

No 1-senior-to-8-juniors staffing pyramid, no bench to keep billable. Small senior pods, hired directly in India — the same talent pool the giants staff from — with US and EU overlap hours built in. That cost base is why $990 a week is a real price, not a loss-leader.

Calculate ownership without invented savings

We removed generic percentage-saved claims because your incumbent contract, usage, migration, and operating costs determine the answer. Use the three disclosed inputs below against your own invoice.

01

Product or Foundation

Use the one-time product price or the $990 Industry OS Foundation price shown above.

02

Implementation

Add only the fixed Build Sprint scope required for migration, integrations, hardening, and workflow changes.

03

Operations

Choose self-hosting or add the published optional hosting fee for the period you want us to operate it.

The anti-agency position

We don't own your application. You do. Our job is to build it, hand it over, and make ourselves optional — flat-rate maintenance, or training until your team runs it without us.

Overlap hours with US and EU time zones on every engagement — async by default, meetings when they earn their slot.

Components · not sold separately

We also own Beacon, Sigil, and Herald. These have no price because they aren't products yet — they're the parts a sprint is built from, which is why a sprint costs $990 a week instead of a quarter's salary. When one is ready to stand on its own, it gets a price on this page like everything else. Until then we're not going to imply a support promise we haven't made.

Compliance & data boundaries

One catalog. Different delivery models. Terms stated before production.

Owned software, hosted products, open source, and human-delivered services do not share one data boundary. Each offer states where it runs, who operates it, what the customer controls, and which terms must be set in scope.

Owned

Customer-hosted software

Choose the cloud account, region, database, keys, and access model during implementation. The deployment record — not a generic trust-page sentence — establishes residency.

Managed

Verity & Clearpath

These are hosted products. Their plans state what is metered and whether self-hosting is available; processing, retention, and residency terms are agreed for production use.

Services

Sprint & QAShift

Repository access, production access, data handling, retention, and revocation are defined in the engagement scope and limited to what delivery requires.

GCC

Partner-led workstreams

ResoluteX coordinates the programme. Employment, legal, payroll, tax, accounting, insurance, and other regulated specialists remain named and accountable for their work.

Training terms are stated, not assumed

AI products disclose the gateway, provider keys, hosting path, and any model-provider processing before production use. A customer-hosted Vyom deployment is different from a managed AI feature, and the site no longer describes them as if they were the same.

Residency follows the selected model

For customer-hosted software, residency follows the region you deploy. For managed products and services, it follows the contracted hosting and processing terms. The product page tells you which conversation you are in.

Compliance you can prove, not cite

Where audit trails, consent records, access logs, or evidence exports are part of the product or scope, their location, retention, and export path are documented and testable.

Vyom is an option, not a hidden claim

Products can integrate with Vyom when customer-controlled routing is required. AI Architect and the current Relay reference widget use OpenRouter directly today; we will not label them as Vyom deployments until that integration exists.

Running the consent and cookie side of this yourself? That's Custodian — the banner on this page, which you can also own. Full detail in the privacy policy.

The questions buyers actually ask

Who owns the code and IP?

For a Build Sprint, the repository, deployment assets, and work-product IP described in the SOW are handed over to you. Pre-existing products retain the licence shown on their product page; hosted services remain services. We state that boundary before work starts.

What happens if a sprint misses its scope?

We finish it. Fixed price means the risk of estimation is ours, not yours — a missed scope item is completed without a new invoice. Changes you request are re-scoped explicitly, so the line between 'our miss' and 'new ask' stays honest.

How do time zones work with a pod in India?

Every engagement includes 4+ hours of overlap with US or EU working hours. Async by default — written updates, weekly clickable demos — and meetings only when they earn the slot. You'll never chase a status report.

How is our data and code kept secure?

Work happens in your repos and your infrastructure wherever possible — we hold the minimum access needed, revoked at handover. NDAs are standard on request, and everything we self-host for you runs behind your keys, not ours.

How fast can you actually start?

Scoping takes a day; most sprints start within a week of sign-off. Pods are deliberately small and senior, so your start date is confirmed in the sprint plan — not left floating.

Do we need a retainer afterwards?

No — that's the point. A sprint ends with handover docs and training. If you want us to keep maintaining what we built, that's an optional flat monthly add-on you can cancel any month, because the software keeps working without us.

Know what you need? Get the number now.

Scope a sprint in two minutes and a fixed price lands within one business day — or let the AI Architect point at the right row first.
