Cookie policy

You choose what loads.

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage used on resolutexhq.com. The site works with essential storage only; analytics and preference storage remain optional.

ResoluteX does not use advertising cookies, sell browsing data, or build an advertising profile of site visitors.

01

What counts as a cookie here

This policy uses 'cookie' as a short name for cookies, localStorage, and similar browser technologies. Some choices, such as theme and consent, are stored locally in your browser rather than in a traditional cookie.

02

Strictly necessary storage

Essential storage records your consent decision and supports basic site operation. It cannot be switched off through the banner because the site needs to remember whether you accepted or declined optional categories.

Blocking browser storage may cause the consent banner or preferences to reappear, but the public site remains usable.

03

Analytics

Microsoft Clarity loads only after analytics consent. It helps us understand page use, clicks, scrolling, referrers, and interaction replays so we can find broken or confusing experiences.

Clarity may use cookies or similar identifiers when enabled. Microsoft controls the exact names and lifetimes of its technologies. ResoluteX does not use Clarity for advertising and does not load it after an analytics refusal.

04

Preferences

Preference storage can remember choices such as theme or dismissed notices. Refusing it does not block the site's core content, product demos, pricing, or contact routes.

05

Support, forms, and external services

Opening the support widget or submitting a form sends the information you choose to provide to the operational services needed to respond. Those activities are explained in the Privacy Policy and are not treated as permission for advertising.

Following an external link, such as LinkedIn or a live product site, moves you to that provider's website and its own cookie choices.

06

Changing your choice

Use 'Cookie settings' in the footer to reopen the preference panel. You can also clear site data in your browser. A future policy version may ask again when the purpose or technology changes materially.

07

Browser controls and retention

Your browser can block, delete, or restrict cookies and local storage. Retention depends on the purpose and provider; ResoluteX keeps its own consent record only as long as needed to remember and evidence the choice.

08

Changes and contact

This page changes when the site's storage or analytics behaviour changes materially. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to engineering@resolutexhq.com.
