DevOps Implementation on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud

ResoluteX implements DevOps on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud — infrastructure your own engineers can run at 3 a.m.: reviewable infrastructure as code, pipelines that fail fast with reasons, container platforms sized to your team, and alerts that mean something. The goal is a boring, reversible release — and no consultant you can't let go.

Infrastructure in your repository, documented well enough that your newest engineer can deploy without asking anyone.

Where this work fits

01

Infrastructure as code

Move hand-built cloud resources into Terraform or Pulumi so every change is reviewed, repeatable and reversible.

02

CI/CD pipelines

Build pipelines that test, scan and deploy on every merge, with quality gates that explain why they failed.

03

Container platforms

Kubernetes or simpler container hosting, chosen for your team's size rather than for a conference talk.

04

Observability

Metrics, logs and traces wired to alerts that point at a cause, so on-call stops being guesswork.

What you receive

  • 01Infrastructure as code in your repository
  • 02CI/CD pipelines with documented quality gates
  • 03Dashboards and alerts tied to service health
  • 04Runbooks for deploy, rollback and common incidents
  • 05Access review and removal at handover

How delivery works

  1. 01

    Map what runs today

We document the current estate, how deploys happen and where incidents come from.

  2. 02

    Agree the target and price

One written scope for the first sprint, with a fixed number and explicit exclusions.

  3. 03

    Codify and automate

Infrastructure, pipelines and alerts are built in your accounts and reviewed like any other code.

  4. 04

    Hand over to on-call

Your team runs a deploy and a rollback themselves before we leave, using the runbooks we wrote.

A good fit when

  • Deploys depend on one person or a sequence nobody wrote down
  • Cloud resources were created by hand and nobody is sure what is safe to change
  • Alerts are either silent or so noisy that everyone ignores them

Probably not the right fit when

  • You want a permanent outsourced operations team billed by the hour
  • The system is about to be retired and needs no further investment
  • You need 24/7 staffed incident response from day one

Questions buyers ask

Before you scope the work

How much does DevOps implementation cost?

Fixed-price DevOps sprints run from $1.9k to $7.6k over two to four weeks, depending on the scope. An optional retainer starts from $990 a month and is disclosed before you commit.

Do you work on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?

Yes — all three. The work is written as infrastructure as code in your own accounts, and the provider, regions and tooling are confirmed in the scope before the sprint starts.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. We size the platform to the team that has to run it, and will recommend simpler container hosting when Kubernetes would cost more to operate than it saves.

Who owns the infrastructure code?

You do. It lives in your repository and your cloud accounts from the first week, and our access is removed at handover.
