AI and software engineering for US companies — at a fixed price

US teams use ResoluteX when they need a production AI feature, an integration, or a release pipeline shipped in weeks — without a US agency's hourly rates, a freelancer to manage, or a six-month hire. You get a senior team, a fixed USD price before work starts, and the code in your repository from week one.

01

Fixed price, not $150–250 an hour

US and Western European agencies commonly bill $150–250 an hour. A sprint is a fixed number agreed before work starts.

02

An outcome, not a freelancer

Unlike Toptal or Upwork, you don't hire and manage a person. You buy a scoped deliverable, built by a senior team.

03

Follow-the-sun progress

Your team reviews in the morning what was built overnight, with written updates and working software, not status meetings.

Time zones

India is 9.5–10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern and 12.5–13.5 hours ahead of US Pacific, depending on daylight saving. We plan a daily overlap window with your team, and written updates and working demos mean progress continues while you sleep.

Data and compliance

The US has no single federal privacy law; HIPAA covers health data and state laws such as California's CCPA cover consumer data. Hosting, access, retention and data-processing terms are written into each scope, and customer-hosted builds run in your own cloud account.

General information, not legal advice. Your obligations depend on your sector and where you operate.

Questions from United States buyers

Do you work with US startups and enterprises?

Yes. Engagements are scoped to a defined outcome, so the same model works for a seed-stage product and a single workflow inside a larger company.

How do contracts and payment work for US companies?

Prices are in USD. A Build Sprint is paid per sprint: a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery and handover; the Pilot Week is paid upfront.

How is the work priced?

In USD, fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. A Build Sprint begins with a discounted $990 Pilot Week, then a flat $1,500 per sprint week. Practice sprints, product plans and managed QA prices are published on the pricing page.

Who owns the code and IP?

For a Build Sprint, the repository, deployment assets, and work-product IP described in the signed scope are handed over to you, with code in your GitHub organisation from the first week.
